Virii cannot damage eachother with their attacks.

Summary
Virii are rogue programs that inhabit various parts of the Net in search for healthy, non-corrupted programs to increase their own size and strength.

Location
Virii inhabit all of the NetCity Areas:
- Archives - "Cyber" Virii
- Data Stream - "Net" Virii
- Blaze Base - "Magma" and "Lava" Virii
- Tide Base - "Aqua" and "Wave" Virii
- Volt Base - "Electro" and "Bolt" Virii
- Root Base - "Gaia" and "Rock" Virii
- Gear Base - "Meta" and "Mech" Virii
- Corrupt Sector - "Hero", "Blaze", "Tide", "Volt", "Root", and "Gear" Virii

NOTE: Viruses do not require RAM for any action other than movement.

Complete Listing:

Virii all have "optimum zones" that they will attempt to reach. Optimum zones are relative to the NetNav, and will change in the same direction the NetNav moves. The optimum zones vary from type to type:

Sword - moves to panels within a Sword range
Axe - moves to panels within an Axe range but not a Sword range unless able to attack
Lance - moves to panels within a Lance range but not a Sword range unless able to attack
Buster - moves to panels within a Buster range but not an Axe or Lance or Sword range unless able to attack
Area - moves to panels only targetable by an Area BattleChip unless able to attack
