NOTE: If you lose a battle and you do not have enough credits, continue into negative credit values... -100, -200, etc.
VIRUS BATTLES
Location
You can battle virii in any of the NetCity Areas.
Battle System - The standard Grid Movement Battle System will be used for Virus Battles.
Turn Structure - You will always attack first. After your turn, only one of the viruses will attack you. Then you will recieve your second turn. If there are additional viruses, another one of the viruses will attack you. If there are not additional viruses, then the first virus will attack again. After that, the cycle repeats.
Rewards - Each virus has a BattleChip Fragment associated with it, as well as a credit value. If you defeat the virus, you obtain that amount of fragments of that BattleChip and the total credit values of the virii. If you lose to any of the virii, the total credit value of all of the virii will be deducted from your account.
VERSUS BATTLES
Location - You can battle other members in the BattlePort Centre. A CONNECTION CENTER POST IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY VERSUS BATTLE.
Battle System - The standard Grid Movement Battle System will be used for Versus Battles.
Turn Structure - When the battle is posted in a BattlePort, the Challenged attacks 1st, and the Challenger attacks 2nd.
Rewards - When the battle is posted in the Connection Center, the contestants will decide the amount of Credits to wager.
ROLEPLAY BATTLES
Location - You can battle virii in any of the NetCity Areas or other members in the BattlePort Centre.
Battle System - No major Battle System will be used for Roleplay Battles. In general, characters may use personal Special Attacks, as well as BattleChips, PETCodes, and Program Advances in their profile, in any order and in any frequency they choose.
Turn Structure - No Turn Structure will be used for Roleplay Battles. Simply, each character involved will post their characters actions and reactions, and moderators and administrators controlling their own characters or non-played characters will post as needed.
Rewards - No Credit or BattleChip Rewards will be given for Roleplay Battles. Generally, Roleplay battles will be used for simple enjoyment, but also to complete missions, which will in turn have their own, much greater, rewards.
